Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Additional processing time may be required during promotions or peak periods.

Malaysia orders are shipped using PosLaju or SPX Express. Delivery to West Malaysia usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times to East Malaysia and Singapore may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

Courier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
